1. Who are your clients?
Since 1982, I have worked with companies from all industries... manufacturing, service and retail. Some are Fortune 1000 companies, some are start-ups and some are growing companies. Say It With Words is an equal opportunity agency... big or small, I take them all!

2. Suppose I need a TV commercial or a direct mail campaign or a web site. What do you do?
The very first step for any project is information gathering. Who is your target? What are their needs? How do we reach them? What distinguishes you from your competitors? What do you hope to accomplish? What is your company personality...the image you want to project? Your promotional campaign is based upon this information.If you need a detailed marketing plan with a budget analysis, I can do that! We find the best way to reach your target. I use interviews, surveys and primary and secondary research. What do they read? What is their lifestyle and their beliefs? What are their demographics and psychographics? You may already have a strategic marketing plan in place that guides us into making cost-effective decisions. Great!

It helps to have an annual marketing budget in place, usually 6 to 10% of adjusted gross.

3. Are you a full-service agency?
Yes. My areas of expertise are innovative marketing strategies, creative concepts, dynamic copywriting, advertising, and public relations. I work with very talented associates who are graphic designers, web site designers, photographers, printers, direct mail fulfillment houses and event coordinators.

4. Did you do all the projects I see on your web site?
Yes and much more. I try to change the visuals about every six months. I also do the advertising scripts for radio, television, film, video and web sites. Please read the testimonials. 5. Do you have advice for keeping my costs down for my promotional materials?
One of the advantages of having my agency since 1982 is the accumulation of a treasure-trove of pragmatic information. You do not have to spend a fortune on printing, mailings, ad space or special events. I'll show you how to make a great impression and stay within your budget.Ongoing public relations is a great way to get your name known. It is also very time intensive. If you are willing to do some of the legwork (I'll show you how), you can save the fee for hundreds of agency hours.

6. How do you charge for your services?
My fee is on a project basis. Tell me what you want and I will give you an estimate. You may want to mention some projects shown on my web site.A monthly retainer is perfect for clients with ongoing projects or companies who want me to develop and implement their strategic marketing plans, usually within a minimum of six months for a minimum of 300 hours. We agree on the projects, the amount of time involved and the agency fee. My agency fee is divided into monthly payments. Outside vendor costs are billed to you separately. Say It With Words is a fee only agency. There are no mark-ups.
